Jess is a native Las Vegan with more than 25 years work experience in the Southern Nevada business market. Jess started his career in the outdoor sign industry in manufacturing and worked his way up to become a top technical consultant for MIKOHN International Gaming Technologies' exterior sign division. With MIKOHN, he traveled in the Middle East and South America as an installation and project manager consultant.

As COO, Jess oversees the company's finances and building administration. He brings a unique perspective and understanding of the Las Vegas market to The Firm and its clients, and his MacGyver-like abilities make him invaluable to the company's day-to-day operations.
